1. If you are having computer problems, but you can still access the internet, then Advance Computer Solutions, LLC’s Remote Support is an easy solution to get your problem solved quickly and effectively.


2. Contact us at (970) 243-3445 and we will discuss your problem and let you know how we can help. We will provide you with your session PIN Code key and take your billing information.


3. To allow a technician to connect to your computer and fix your problem, enter the PIN number provided. Open your Internet explorer and visit our PIN login page at http://www.advance-computer-solutions.com/pin.html

4. Type in your PIN Code that has been provided by email or telephone. In this case, the PIN code example is 974351 then press "Connect to a Technician".

5. Once this key is entered you'll be prompted to install a small software application which will allow the technician to remotely repair your computer as if he was right their next to you. Please remember: All communication between you and your technician is SSL-encrypted, and you will be able to permit or deny access at all times during the session. Click ‘Run’ when prompted.

6. Once done, another screen will ask you to run or download the facility. Press "Run".

7. Once the download is completed, you will need to install the software. Press "Run". Notice that the software has been approved by a trusted publisher.

8. Once you have pressed the "Run" button, the software will be installed and the Advance Computer Solutions, LLC Remote Support screen will appear.
